Pangolin Major Incident Response training

In a bid to enhance our emergency response capabilities, Stone Management Group embarked on a journey to Easthampsted Park for Pangolin Group's Major Incident Response Training.

This immersive program offered a unique blend of activities, ranging from hands-on experience with an AK47 and trauma first aid training, to the intricate legalities of major incidents including the implications that legislation such as Martin's Law has on the industry and the importance of building a defensible position. Throughout the experience participants were exposed to case studies of real terror attacks, which provoked profound thought and introspection.

While seemingly unconventional for an incident response training, this activity taught participants about firearm safety, handling, and the gravity of decision-making under pressure. It served as a reminder of the importance of remaining calm and focused during critical moments.

This training left an indelible mark on our team, with our operations manager Kevin Bordessa, contracts manager Shaun Davies and two dedicated members of our Royal Albert Dock team Peter and Laura gaining invaluable insight. The perfect blend of fun and seriousness fostered camaraderie, personal growth, and a profound sense of preparedness. Our team left Easthampsted Park with newfound knowledge, readiness and an unwavering commitment to protecting and serving our clients in times of crisis.
