We are currently seeking a diligent and versatile individual to join our team as a Cleaner at the prestigious Bluecoat, located in Liverpool city centre. This part-time position offers a shift pattern of Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00, with plenty of opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities:
As a Cleaner at The Bluecoat your duties will include:
Commercial Cleaning of an Art Gallery:
Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and spot checks
Ensuring the premises are clean and presentable
Cleaning of all public toilets on site
Cleaning of offices and galleries
Establishing rapport with building users
Assisting in enhancing the service provided
Identifying and reporting any health and safety issues to management
Additional Opportunities:
This role also offers a unique opportunity for anyone with maintenance skills to pick up additional shifts. these duties will include:
Jet washing
Leaf blowing
Painting
Arranging appropriate contractors
Occasional opening of the building
General upkeep and fixing of the building (e.g., changing light bulbs)
Monitoring and reporting repairs
Liaising with contractors as needed
Handling communications via the site phone
Requirements:
Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history, including company names, addresses, and landline contact numbers
Ability to provide references
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Punctuality and strong time-management skills
Well-groomed, smart appearance, and confident demeanor
Strong customer service commitment
Conflict management awareness
High level of customer care awareness
Enthusiasm for learning and skill improvement
Caretaking experience is preferred
